These photos were taken during the Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I was attempting to show the people expressing their feelings, leaving their problems and preconceptions behind, and allowing themselves to have fun. I also want to show the creative decorations of the floats that are very colorful. People start preparing for the Carnival more than 6 months in advance to make sure their party will be unforgettable . The Carnival is a very important and enormous event celebrated all over Brazil.
